The subject using the IT DREAM Services, as described below.
All software programs distributed, published or otherwise made available by IT DREAM, including but not limited to games accessed by means of a browser or other online communication method and downloadable/installable games for personal computers, mobile and other devices — especially the IT DREAM online or offline games (each individually a "GAME" or "App", or together "GAMES" or "Apps") offered on the IT DREAM portal site ("PORTAL"). Software also includes updates and upgrades as well as accompanying manual(s), packaging, written files, electronic documentation, and all copies thereof.
All services made available by IT DREAM, including but not limited to IT DREAM branded websites, services accessed through mobile games, and services accessed by means of a browser or other online communication method.
Software and Services are collectively referred to as "IT DREAM Service" or "IT DREAM Services".
The IT DREAM Service is licensed, not sold. Before accessing or using the IT DREAM Service — including browsing any IT DREAM website or accessing a GAME — you must agree to these Terms. By registering for an Account or otherwise using the IT DREAM Service, you confirm that you are age 18 or older and that you understand and agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that your legal guardian has agreed to these Terms.
By accepting, registering, installing, using, or otherwise accessing the IT DREAM Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and IT DREAM's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install, use, or access the IT DREAM Services.
The IT DREAM Service is considered completely delivered to the End-User at whichever of the following occurs first:
These Terms constitute a distance contract. The consumer is entitled to withdraw from these Terms within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion. However, the right of withdrawal is lost once performance (provision of electronic contents) has commenced with the express consent of the consumer, who has been duly informed of this consequence.
By using the IT DREAM Service, you expressly consent to the commencement of provision of electronic contents prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
IT DREAM grants you as an End-User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the IT DREAM Services for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. IT DREAM reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Violation of any term may result in immediate termination of your license without prior notice.

The delivery or use of the GAME does not transfer any commercial or promotional use rights to you. Application Platforms or SNS may impose additional terms for acquisition and use of IT DREAM Services.
All rights to the GAMES/IT DREAM Services, accompanying documentation, and all modifications thereto rest with IT DREAM. You acquire only those rights that follow from these Terms or that are granted separately in writing.
All content available in or from the GAMES/IT DREAM Services — including software, games, titles, concepts, art, animations, video, images, music, sounds, characters, stories, chat transcripts, text, code, documentation, gameplay mechanics, and marketing materials ("Content") — is the intellectual property of IT DREAM, copyrighted under Slovak Republic copyright laws.
Reproduction, saving, collecting, or sharing of Content with third parties constitutes copyright infringement. IT DREAM's logos and the GAMES' logos are trademarks of IT DREAM and may not be used without express written permission.
IT DREAM reserves the right to determine at its discretion whether End-User conduct violates these Terms, and may impose sanctions including suspension, termination, or deletion of the Account.
The following are forbidden:
User Content means any communications, images, sounds, and all material, data, and information that you or other users upload or transmit through the IT DREAM Services, including chat text.
By submitting User Content, you affirm that it is accurate and not confidential; not in violation of any laws or third-party rights; free of viruses or malicious code; and that personal data within it will be processed in accordance with IT DREAM's Privacy Policy.
IT DREAM reserves the right to review, edit, delete, or disable access to any User Content at any time, without notice, for any reason. IT DREAM assumes no responsibility for User Content or for monitoring the Services for inappropriate content.
You hereby grant IT DREAM an irrevocable, permanent, worldwide, sublicensable license to copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, sell, transmit, broadcast, and otherwise use your User Content in connection with IT DREAM's provision and promotion of its Services.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. IT DREAM reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in disputes between users.
IT DREAM grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access the GAME/IT DREAM Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, at no charge ("Acquirement of license").
In-app purchase is the one-time acquisition of Credits or Premium items within a GAME/App/IT DREAM Service. In-app purchase is optional; however, it may be a condition of full functionality of certain features.
The App/GAME allows you to buy Credit (in-game currency) and/or Premium items (virtual objects) through In-app purchase. Purchase prices, including applicable taxes, are specified within each individual GAME. Third-party costs (e.g., Application Platform or payment processor fees) may be included in the total purchase price.
All In-app purchases are final and non-refundable. You are not entitled to withdraw from an In-app purchase once electronic content delivery has commenced with your express consent.
The license to Credits or Premium items passes to the End-User only upon full payment of the purchase price. Unauthorized use of Credits or Premium items renders the End-User liable for resulting damages.
IT DREAM may revise In-app purchase prices at any time.
The GAMES/IT DREAM Services process your personal data. For more information, consult IT DREAM's Privacy Policy at https://www.playmysterio.com/gdpr.
IT DREAM periodically releases updates that may fix bugs or improve the GAMES/IT DREAM Services. It is your responsibility to monitor update notifications provided through Application Platforms, SNS, or the PORTAL. Updates require an active internet connection and may require your separate consent.
IT DREAM is not responsible for incorrect execution of updates caused by factors outside its control. No liability exists for damage resulting from bugs fixed in an update that you did not install.
You are solely responsible for properly installing and activating the GAMES/IT DREAM Services. IT DREAM makes its best effort to ensure full functionality of the IT DREAM Service at the moment of Complete delivery.

In case of breach of the warranties described below, the End-User is entitled to claim: (i) correction of the defect/error at no charge within a reasonable time, or (ii) delivery of the IT DREAM Service without the defect/error.
IT DREAM declares that the IT DREAM Service provided under these Terms: (i) possesses features and characteristics appropriate for its intended purpose and usual use; (ii) is provided in the required scope and quality; and (iii) complies with applicable law and has no legal defects.
Use of the GAMES/IT DREAM Services is at the End-User's sole risk. IT DREAM does not hold legal responsibility over Accounts, their loss, or deletion.
The GAMES/IT DREAM Services are provided on an "AS IS" or "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IT DREAM's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to IT DREAM in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date on which you first assert a claim. If you have not paid anything during such period, your sole remedy is to stop using the IT DREAM Services and cancel your Account.
No liability exists for force majeure events or for damages caused by incorrect functioning of Application Platforms and/or SNS.
These Terms enter into force at the moment you start using the Apps/GAMES/IT DREAM Services and are effective for an indefinite period.
You may end these Terms at any time by deleting your Account. IT DREAM may terminate or suspend your Account at any time for conduct deemed a violation of these Terms, or may suspend inactive Accounts without prior notice.
IT DREAM reserves the right to terminate operation of any GAME/IT DREAM Service or game server at any time, with at least 2 months' notice published on the corresponding website. No compensation or refund of Credits is owed in such case.
After termination, you must immediately cease all use of and remove all copies of Apps/GAMES/IT DREAM Services from all devices under your control.
These Terms represent the complete agreement between the parties. IT DREAM reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version within IT DREAM Services. Changes become effective upon publication. Your continued use of IT DREAM Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law: Slovak law applies to these Terms.
Dispute resolution: All disputes shall be finally settled by the relevant Slovak court having jurisdiction. The End-User may also initiate an alternative dispute resolution procedure. The Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic publishes a list of alternative dispute resolution entities at https://www.mhsr.sk.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally valid provision approximating the original intent as closely as possible.
